The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn - Part 2 doesn't only have a really long name, it looks like it'll stay at the top of the box office charts for a really long time. Sorry. But it's true, Twilight stays top while Skyfall remains its understudy as Killing Them Softly doesn't manage to live up to its pre-release hype. It's the Contact Music Box Office roundup!

Twilight and Skyfall now have $254.6M and $246.0M on the 3rd and 4th weeks respectively. The 23rd entry in the Bond franchise is not only the series' highest-grossing film, its also the highest grossing spy movie ever in the U.S. Skyfall's worldwide total currently stands at $869 million. In the meanwhile Steven Spielberg's Lincoln claims the third spot with $13.5m and just under $84m overall; a figure that industry experts expect to rise over $100m before the holiday period is out. Rise of the Guardians from DreamWorks Studios $13,500,000 has managed 4th, while Ang Lee's Life of Pi continues it's slow but steady start, rounding off the top 5 in its second week with $12m and $48.4M. 

The solitary animation in this week's chart, Wreck it Ralph makes #6 with $7,020,000, and it's around now that we find Killing Them Softly underperforming in 7th. Brad Pitt's latest project received mixed reviews from the critics, and finds itself in 7th with that many million.
