Robin Wright, the American actress who will star alongside Daniel Craig in David Fincher's forthcoming 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' remake, has spoken at length about her divorce from actor Sean Penn.
ROBIN WRIGHT, the star of the 1980's hit movie 'The Princess Bride' and later 'Forest Gump', divorced from Penn back in July 2010 after 20 years of marriage. The couple have two children, 'Dylan Frances' and 'Hopper Jack', the latter of which is named after two of the actor's friends Jack Nicholson and the late Dennis Hopper. After their marriage in 1996, the couple went through an on and off relationship and their initial plans for divorce were withdrawn in April 2009, only to be filed again one month later. Speaking about the separation to Redbook Magazine, Wright said, "It's like the high tide, low tide, right? You know it's going to happen daily - you're just not quite sure if the Weather Channel was accurate with the times. That's where the unknowingness flows in and you go, Okay, I have to relax and just give over to it".
According to Entertainment Weekly, Seacrest has had discussions with film bosses about the possibility of making an appearance in the movie, which is set to be directed by Garry Marshall. The film is likely to be similar in style to Marshall's last movie, 'Valentines Day' and the A-list cast already includes Robert De Niro, Glee's Lea Michele, Halle Berry, Ashton Kutcher, Sex And The City star Sarah Jessica Parker, Sienna Miller as well as a cameo from Jon Bon Jovi. New Line Cinema also confirmed this week that rapper Ice Cube is close to joining the cast, as is Josh Duhamel who will play a hopeless romantic. Seacrest already has some experience of appearing in feature films, he made a cameo in the action comedy 'Get Smart' and more recently appeared alongside Seth Rogen in 'Knocked Up'.
Before her marriage to Penn, Wright was married to the actor DANE WITHERSPOON but the relationship broke down after two years.
