Fact: Conservative U.S. talk show host Rush Limbaugh reportedly paid Elton John a cool $1 million (£666,600) to perform at his wedding ceremony at the weekend (05Jun10). The broadcaster wed his longtime girlfriend, 33-year-old Kathryn Rogers, at the Breakers hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.

Fact: Controversial U.S. broadcaster Rush Limbaugh was released from hospital in Hawaii on Friday (01Jan10), two days after he was admitted with severe chest pains. The radio personality was given the all clear after undergoing tests, but doctors failed to find the cause of his pain, insisting he had not suffered a heart attack or had heart disease.
