All eyes were on Sam Smith on Sunday night's 57th Annual Grammy Awards, held at Los Angeles' Staples Center, as he walked away with four major awards. So it is no surprise to learn that the British singer was up until 6.30 a.m. celebrating his triumphant evening.

However, instead of acknowledging his success with the rest of the music industry's high-profile stars, Sam chose to party with the people who have always been by his side, including his parents and little sisters.

Sam, who flew his family out to Los Angeles for the big award show, revealed what he did after the Grammys during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday (Feb 10th).

The 22-year-old star told the host that the fun-filled evening took place at a party hosted by his record label. "It's been such a ridiculous night,' he gushed. "I didn't want to go to any of the celebrity parties. I went to my label's house in the hills, and I flew my mum and my dad and my little sisters out and we all had some In-N-Out burgers and that's what we did."

Sam was definitely the man of the night at the Grammys as he walked away with the Best New Artist award, as well as Record of the Year, Song of the Year for the track 'Stay With Me' and Best Pop Vocal Album for 'In the Lonely Hour.'

"It's unreal. I genuinely didn't think this was going to happen. It's incredible,' Sam told Ellen. 'I keep spontaneously crying. I start crying in the shower this morning; I'm like oh my God," he continued. "I went to the Grammys last year and I did the carpet and no one knew who I was... It's all very weird. My life's changed."

Congratulations!
