Sandra Bullock is in talks for 'Our Brand Is Crisis'.

The 49-year-old actress is tipped to reunite with her 'Gravity' co-star, George Clooney, who is producing the political comedy with Grant Heslov for Warner Bros.

According to TheWrap.com, Bullock is negotiating the role of 'Calamity' Jane Bodine, a retired American political consultant.

The film is based on Rachel Boynton's 2005 documentary on the use of American political campaign strategies in Bolivia by President Bill Clinton's former consultants James Carville - who helped secure a win against George H. W. Bush in 1992 - and Stan Greenberg.

Clooney - who is currently working on World War II epic 'Monuments Men' - is not expected to direct 'Our Brand Is Crisis,' which was penned by 'The Men Who Stare at Goats''s Peter Straughan.

It is believed Clooney and Bullock discussed the project while they were promoting space drama Alfonso Cuaron's 'Gravity'.

Bullock has had a busy year promoting space odyssey 'Gravity' which grossed $631 million worldwide. She also starred alongside Melissa McCarthy in 'The Heat,' which took in $229 million worldwide.
