Sarah Harding loves watching herself on YouTube.
The 33-year-old singer-and-actress has a ''giggle'' watching old footage of herself and her former Girls Aloud bandmates from when they took part in a fly-on-the-wall documentary series and is looking forward to showing the footage to her family in years to come.
She said: ''I loved doing 'Off the Record' in 2006 with the girls, it's nice to have things to look back on and reminisce about.
''It would be great to be able to show the grandkids all the amazing things you've achieved.
''It's such a giggle to watch us in the band when we're so young - sometime I YouTube the show for a laugh.''
And it seems watching old videos is the closest Sarah gets to spending time with her former bandmates, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Nicola Roberts, Nadine Coyle and Kimberley Walsh.
She told Britain's OK! magazine: ''We keep in touch but we're like ships passing in the night a we're all so busy.
''I keep up with all their latest news, like Cheryl on 'The X Factor' and Kimberley's engagement, and we see each other when we can.
''Sometimes we're lucky enough to cross paths while we're working.''
