Sarah Palin, a woman who loves running so much that she decided to call her son Track, has revealed plans to release a fitness book. There were many things you could have said about Sarah Palin back in 2008 when she worked alongside republican senator John McCain as his presidential candidate running mate, but you couldn't deny that she looked in great health. Well, she's looked considerably less healthy in recent months, with new pictures showing the former politician looking extremely skinny.

However, she's obviously aware of the media's concerns about her, and Palin has emailed People Magazine to insist that she's healthy and happy, and that she plans to bring out a book that will tell us just how she got in shape. Such very, very small shape. "Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!" Palin exclaimed in the email. The 48 year-old added that topics will be discussed in "our unique and motivating book."

"We promise you what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy," she finished. Lovely stuff. There is no word on whether she has signed a deal for the work or when it will be published.
