The 29 year-old actress would headline her own Marvel film if the fans wanted to see it.
Scarlett Johansson urges Marvel to create a 'Black Widow' spin-off film.
The 29 year-old stars as the Russian 'S.H.I.E.L.D' agent in several of Marvel's biggest film's including 'The Iron Man' sequels, 'The Avengers' and most recently 'Captain America: The Winter Solid'.
Johansson returns as 'Black Widow' in 'Captain America: The Winter Solider'
Each of the superheroes have one if not more films with them as the title character, in fact it is only 'Hawkeye' (played by Jeremy Renner) and 'Black Widow' who don't have their own.
And it seems Johansson believes her character deserves one.
While attending the U.K premiere of the 'Captain America' sequel in London's Leicester Square on Thursday (March 20th), the blonde bombshell admitted to a reporter that she is ready to headline her own film.
"If you want to see a Black Widow spin-off movie, then I want to see it," she said. "We'll see. We will put the request into Marvel tomorrow."
The topic of a 'Black Widow' movie has been discussed many times before, especially since she tends to play a crucial role in several of the films, but Marvel's President of Production Kevin Feige is very apprehensive about the project.
When asked about the idea earlier this month he told Badass Digest;
"Frankly if we do a Black Widow movie after Age of Ultron, when she's been central in three or four movies I don't think we'd get the quote unquote credit for it. People would say 'She's already a big giant superhero!' But if we had a great idea, we'd do it... I like the idea if we're going to do a [female lead] do a new one. Do a wholly new character, do an origin story... We've talked a lot about [Captain Marvel]. I think that would be very cool. "

For the time being audiences can see 'Black Widow' team up with 'Captain America' (Chris Evans), to fight a tirade of assassins after a member of S.H.I.E.L.D is murdered, but when an unexpected adversary emerges, the superheroes are tested like never before.
'Captain America: The Winter Soldier,' directed by brothers Anthony and Joe Russo, hits theatres April 4th.
