Scarlett Johansson nearly pulled off the impossible as she reportedly tied the knot with her French fiancé Romain Dauriac in Philipsburg, Montana, in October, and the actress somehow managed to keep it a secret!

News of their wedding was confirmed to People Magazine by a clerk for Granite County, who revealed the newlyweds said "I Do" on October 1st. This revelation comes just after Johansson was spotted wearing what looked like a gold ring on her wedding finger earlier this month.
No other details on their big day at known at this time, but a source did tell the New York Post, "Scarlett and Romain were married in a very intimate ceremony after the birth of their daughter. They kept the wedding a big secret because they both wanted privacy."

The 30 year-old actress began dating the French journalist in November 2012, and almost a year later Johansson announced that she and Dauriac were engaged.
This past March, the couple also confirmed they were expecting their first child together, and on September 4th the 'Avengers' star gave birth in New York City to a baby daughter called Rose Dorothy.
At the time, a spokesperson for Johansson released a statement to the Associated Press, confirming the mother and child are doing well, and "the couple is seeking privacy and are supporters of the No Kids Policy, the celebrity effort to keep famous folks' children out of the public eye."

As well as becoming a wife and a mother, Johansson has had a very busy year professionally, she has already appeared in 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier,' 'Lucy,' and 'Chef,' and next year she'll star in the highly anticipated 'Avengers' sequel 'Age of Ultron.
