"Scissor Sisters SHOW TURNS VIOLENT", in this news article we stated that a fight broke out among the audience at the band's concert for the U.K.'s iTunes Festival on 01 July, 2010.

We wishes to make it clear that the incident in fact happened at an earlier Scissor Sisters gig, and there was no violence at the iTunes show.

The SCISSOR SISTERS' performance at a London music festival on Thursday night (01Jul10) was marred by violence after a fight broke out in the crowd.
The band was performing at the opening night of the iTunes Festival at the Roundhouse venue in the British capital, but the night was soured by a scrap in the audience which saw two unnamed girls getting physical while the band was onstage.
Frontwoman Ana Matronic admits she saw the violent scenes and was shocked when security teams failed to step in to separate the women.
She says, "I looked down to see two girls beating the c**p out of each other. There was blood all over, they were burning each other with cigarettes and security just did nothing. I just pretended I was still in Glastonbury."
