TMZ report that Baio told police he was at a school function with his daughter when Mack approached him and began ‘berating and cursing’ the actor.
Baio claims she then asked him how he could support a man who said, "Grab 'em by the p***y.” and then said she repeatedly screamed the phrase.
Then actor then reportedly asked Mack to stop shouting as there were children present, but he says she then grabbed him under his arms and began shacking and pushing him.
However a source close to Mack told TMZ she did not assault the actor and was merely demonstrating how Trump hugs a woman.
Baio’s wife has since tweeted about TMZ’s report and shared a photo of Mack which she claims is from a video of the incident.
In the run up to November’s election, Baio appeared at the Republican National Convention and voiced his support for Trump, saying the businessman is “a man who wants to give back to his country, America. A country that has given him everything.”
Mack has also made her feelings about Trump clear in the past, tweeting in August: “Donald, I know you and I first hand know you are racist. Good luck with this strategy. #notbuyingwhatyouareselling."
