Scott Disick’s decision to kill, skin and gut an alligator live on television perhaps wasn’t his finest. And while it's legal to hunt alligators in Florida, the International Reptile Rescue isn’t happy.

The gator-killing occurred on Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, when Disick’s alligator hunt ends with blood. "I need to get new ridiculous alligator shoes made," said Disick, "I'm actually doing it. I'm going to skin it and then get my own shoes made," he continued. "We'll give them a little wine, treat them well and then kill them." The cold-blooded murderer of cold-blooded reptiles didn’t seem to have any qualms about the incident, saying "I don't care, call PETA too, let them know my number and my email, too." He even tried to justify his decision to slaughter the animal. "Shooting the alligator behind the eyes is actually the most humane way to do it ... If I didn't do it, somebody else would," he explained.

Of course, this hasn’t gone without criticism. A rep from The International Reptile Rescue explained to TMZ: "He didn’t kill that alligator, he murdered that alligator," adding "Fairness would be to cut both his thighs so he bleeds and then toss him in a gator pond with gators small enough to rip him apart slowly and painfully. PETA also tweeted: “It takes a small man to kill an animal 4 fun. The pain of the alligator @ScottDisick skinned alive 4 shoes is REAL.http://bit.ly/10fzlgS”
