Scott Disick's friends are ''really worried'' he will die.
Close pals of the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star are reportedly terrified the 31-year-old television personality will slip back into his old ways of substance abuse following his split from Kourtney Kardashian.
A source told RadarOnline.com: ''[Friends] are really worried about him. They are all just praying he won't die. He doesn't have his usual guys with him. He's truly all alone.
''Everyone is scared that Scott will overdose and die. The [Kardashian] family has been on Scott watch for years now, especially after he almost died last year in Southampton. He already lost his family, and if he keeps going the way he is going, he will lose his life.''
Meanwhile, another insider previously claimed Scott - who has three children, Mason, five, Penelope, two and Reign, six months, with the 36-year-old beauty - is in a ''classic shame spiral''.
They said: ''He's in a classic shame spiral right now. He knows he's screwing up, and he knows what he needs to do.
''He has people telling him to go home and work things out, to stop this behaviour, to repent and to move forward. But he's not doing it.''
