In the tapes Jaclyn and her sister tell the dispatcher that Stapp thinks he's part of the CIA, saying, "He thinks they're trying to kill him, and he has a bunch of paperwork in his backpack that he's a CIA agent and he's supposed to assassinate Obama.”

She says her husband had printed 400-600 pages of CIA documents, tossed them in a bag and has left the family home shirtless on a bike.

Jaclyn describes her estranged husband as "very very ill," and asks that police take him to a mental facility.

TMZ then reports that as the police were being dispatched, Stapp placed his own 911 call, saying his wife had stolen his truck and that's why he was on a bike. When officers arrived Scott accused his wife of pilfered $6 million from him, and said when he confronted her she decided to get him locked up. Eventually police determined Scott did not show enough signs of mental instability to warrant a psych hold.

It has also been reported that Stapp has lost custody of his children following his recent troubles. A Florida judge is said to have granted Stapp’s wife sole physical and legal custody of their three children, Jagger, 16, Milan, 7, and Daniel, 4, the site reports. The judge is also said to have ruled that Stapp cannot return to the family home, adding that the residence is solely for Jaclyn and the couple’s children.
