Serge Pizzorno is to be a father for the second time.

The Kasabian guitarist - who already has two-year-old son Ennio with his partner Amy - is excited about the impending new arrival, and though they haven't yet found out the gender of the tot, they don't mind if it is a boy or a girl.

Speaking at the Barclaycard Snowbombing festival in Austria, Serge said: ''My girlfriend's pregnant so she hasn't come out here. It's been great. We want to wait and find out the sex.

''We aren't hoping for either a boy or a girl this time. I know it's a cliché but we just want it to be healthy.''

The 32-year-old rocker has also predicted musical success for Ennio - not because he is showing particular signs of talent but because he ''looks the part''.

He added to The Sun newspaper: ''Our little boy, Ennio, I wouldn't rule it out. He's something else that boy. He looks like he's in The Prodigy or something.

''He plays guitar and piano, just smacks them as hard as he can. So he doesn't play properly yet , but he looks the part, and that's kind of it - that's one of the main parts.

''He'll take over, he can take over the business. I wouldn't want to force anything upon him though, as long as he's sound, that's all I want.''
