Shakira is selling her Miami Beach mansion for $14.95 million.

The 36-year-old singer purchased the house in 2001 for $3.38 million and since has remodelled it to become an all-white modern ''Zen sanctuary'', with spacious rooms with high ceilings, multiple glass walls and a large pool outside.

Shakira, who has six-month-old son Milan with her Barcelona soccer player boyfriend Gerard Piqué, has a huge master bedroom which contains a nursery.

The home also boasts guest quarters and a state-of-the art gym as well as a pool with a hardwood deck and has access to the bay and dock.

According to real estate website Redfin.com, she has added three bedrooms, three bathrooms and almost 2,000 square feet to the property.

The street is a hotspot for celebrity homes and currently includes Matt Damon's mansion, while Jennifer Lopez used to own a property there.

Although Shakira's property is being sold for a small fortune she is busy fighting a $250 million lawsuit filed by former boyfriend Antonio de la Rua.

He previously claimed he was not only her lover but business adviser during their 11-year relationship and is entitled to a percentage of her earnings but a judge in Geneva recently rejected an application for him to access one of her accounts as there is not enough evidence to prove the pair had a professional agreement.
