Shia LeBeouf's bizarre moments in Berlin included quoting Soccer legend Eric Cantona before leaving a press conference and wearing a paper bog over his head on the red carpet.
Shia LaBeouf's behaviour hit an all-time high of bizarre at the unveiling of his new movie 'Nymphomaniacs,' this past Sunday (Feb 9th).
The 27 year-old began his headline grabbing day by storming out of a press conference in Berlin after only answering one question.
LaBeouf was asked about his frequent and graphic sex scenes in the Lars von Trier-directed flick.
"When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. Thank you very much," he stated before walking off.
The 'Fury' actor cited a line from the film 'Looking For Eric,' in which French soccer icon Eric Cantona. While the movie's credits are rolling Cantona is at a press conference saying the piece of dialogue.
Shia's strange behaviour didn't end there, while walking the red carpet at the 'Nymphomaniacs' premiere, he wore a paper bag over his head with the words "I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE" written across it.
These are the same five words the 'Lawless' actor has been posting on his twitter account every day since January 13th.
The unpredictable is becoming LaBeouf's new forte as these latest moments of odd behaviour can join a list that includes the young actor being surrounded by controversy back in December (2013) after he was accused of plagiarising the work of graphic novelist Daniel Clowes in his short film 'Howard Cantour.com'.
But the 'Transformers' star does have an explanation for it all, in a series of lengthy tweets back in January, he claimed, "My Twitter @thecampaignbook is meta-modernist performance art."
