Hailed by many as the most beautiful and most natural visage of a woman, the pregnant naked body has captured the imaginations of artists and photographers on a wide scale over the past few decades. Hirst's pregnant nude sculpture was unveiled in a sleepy seaside town earlier this year, and now celebrity portraitist Jonathan Yeo is set to exhibit a painting of a pregnant Sienna Miller in Berlin, as a part of his (I've Got You) Under My Skin exhibition, reports the BBC.

"It made sense to me to unveil this image for the first time in Germany, a country with a very relaxed attitude to nudity, where it is not automatically sexualised or deemed scandalous... It is a tribute to [Sienna's] courage and self-confidence that she agreed to sit for this." Said the artist, "I can think of many figures whose public currency in part revolves around their appearance, who would prefer to hide themselves away for nine months"

The exhibition seems to be all about the human body, and other paintings from the exhibition that can be seen on his website focus far more around cosmetic surgery. Sienna's natural form is in distinct contrast to much of the other work that will be on show in Berlin. Yeo found fame in satirical political portraits, notably a collage of George Bush made of clipping from pornographic magazines.
