Fact: Canadian rockers Simple Plan gave their fans a one-of-a-kind Christmas present on 24 December (13) - the Welcome to My Life hitmakers posted a high-quality concert video from their tour in Melbourne, Australia last year (12) on YouTube.com. The original plan was to release the concert via Dvd, but the plans fell through, and the band opted to gift their fans with a 90-minute show streamed online for free.

Fact: Aerosmith will play their first ever show in Venezuelan capital Caracas when they headline the Solid Fest festival in February (09). Rapper 50 Cent and Simple Plan are also on the bill.

Fact: Troubled star Lindsay Lohan once appeared in a schools anti-drink driving ad with Canadian pop punks Simple Plan in 2005. The actress was charged with a DUI after crashing her car in Beverly Hills on Saturday (26May07), and has since checked into rehab.
