The 42 year-old rap icon thought Jimmy Fallon's mash-up of the NBC news anchor rapping to the Grammy-Award winning song was hilarious.
Don't worry Brian Williams, Snoop Dogg doesn't mind your questionable rendition of his 1994 hit 'Gin And Juice.'
The 42 year-old rapper must have seen the NBC news anchor's appearance in Jimmy Fallon's latest mash-up montage of his Grammy-Award winning song.
"hahaha my guy !! @bwilliams doin gin and juice - i luv it @jimmyfallon !!," Snoop tweeted on Tuesday morning, along with a YouTube clip of Williams' rap.
The video, which aired on Monday night's episode of the 'Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,' displayed a mash-up of words spoken by the 54 year-old broadcaster on several 'NBC Nightly News' segments.
These were put in order to make it seem like he was rapping to the rap song, and to try and make the video as authentic as possible (which didn't really work), Fallon played the original lyrics and tune in the background.
The result was absolutely hilarious.
The 39 year-old chat show host quickly took to Twitter to thank Snoop for the recognition.
"@SnoopDogg thanks. Who knew @bwilliams has skillllz #laidback," he tweeted.
This isn't the first time Fallon has chosen Williams to reprise other notorious rap songs.

The former 'SNL' star used a mash-up of Williams's words to recreate Sugar Hill Gang's 1979 classic, 'Rapper's Delight,' N.W.A.'s 1988 smash, 'Straight Outta Compton,' and Dogg's 1992 debut single, 'Nuthin' But a 'G' Thang.'
In an interview with Fallon, the news anchor discussed his new image as a rap star and how the talk-show emcee's videos have caused a stir in the music industry. "It's all anyone mentions to me anymore," Williams told Fallon on Monday. "I've never said 'hippity'," the anchor added, insisting he has no part in assisting with the famous clips.

He also noted an incident last Thursday when running into Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding, Jr., at a New York Rangers game. "He comes up to me and says, 'You are a huge figure in the rap and hip-hop community.'"
