Multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated UK band Snow Patrol launches 2013 with their first single-CD GREATEST HITS package. A newly edited version of the sixteen minute "The Lightning Strike called "The Lightning Strike (What If This Storm Ends?)" has been released as Snow Patrol's new single, and is currently at radio. Originally a sixteen minute song on the album A Hundred Million Suns, fans have been clamoring for the edited version ever since the song was used in the film trailers for films Act of Valor and EPIC. GREATEST HITS is available for pre-order at iTunes now, with "The Lightning Strike (What If This Storm Ends?) the "instant grat" GREATEST HITS will be released physically and digitally on May 14th. It is Snow Patrol's first new album since Fallen Empires in January 2012, their sixth studio album.
