Stacy Keiber only gave birth to her first daughter, Ava Grace, 4 months ago and she already has her pre-pregnancy slim, toned figure back, which is all thanks to a strict workout routine and a healthy diet.

The 35 year-old beauty, who shares young Ava with husband Jared Pobre, divulged details about maintain her fitness plan in a new blog post on her website titled 'My Post Baby Regimen - Part 1: Introduction.'

"I feel strong, flexible, and very high energy," she wrote. "In fact, my abs are in better shape now than before I got pregnant!"

The actress and TV host managed to achieve losing her post-pregnancy weight by staying as active as possible, and keeping an eye on her eating habits. "What I put into my body was the biggest single thing that helped me get back in shape," she said.

Keibler also noted breastfeeding as a great way to shed any extra pounds as it burns around 300 to 500 calories each day, and she also exercised regularly.

"After having Ava, I took my midwife's advice and waited four weeks to let my body heal before working out again," she explained. "The day I was cleared to exercise, I started walking and working with my trainer Nonna [Gleyzer] to properly re-attach my ab muscles."

The former wrestler confirmed her pregnancy news in March, only weeks after she tied the knot with her tech entrepreneur boyfriend in a secret ceremony in Mexico on March 8th.

"Pregnant or not, fitness doesn't have to be daunting," she concluded. "Simply incorporating a walk into your day, whether short or long, can help your body feel a connection to your mind, which is a powerful thing."
