Pregnant Stephanie Davis has claimed that she’ll be bringing her party lifestyle to an end in order to focus on her unborn baby.

The 23 year old former ‘Hollyoaks’ star, and the human whirlwind at the centre of the last series of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’, is expecting her first child with her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell. News of the imminent arrival happened against a backdrop of ‘will they / won’t they’ speculation as to whether they’ll get back together, and bitter recriminations since their break-up.

Having returned to social media after a brief hiatus earlier this month, Davis took to Twitter to declare that she’ll be turning over a new leaf – and getting in a thinly-veiled dig at McConnell at the same time.

“No clubbing. No partying. No being on every scene. No 'turning it up’. I'm not boring at all and I am not missing out on anything. I just know what I want in life and I'm not going to find it doing any of these things.”

That message was written on a picture she tweeted on Sunday night (June 19th), and as she captioned the message she got in a jibe at her ex. “Age doesn't define maturity, some people never grow up. More important things to life. #grownup #mommatobe priorities.”

Davis revealed back in early May that she was expecting a baby, just weeks after splitting up from Irish model McConnell, whom she met on ‘CBB’ earlier this year and with whom she went through a tumultuous relationship.

McConnell has previously denied that he’s the father of the baby, at one point accusing her of cheating on him with her previous boyfriend Sam Reece, and later telling Ireland’s TV Now magazine: “Look, if she is pregnant it’s not my kid”.
