Justin Bieber, appearing on a radio show, has revealed he draws inspiration from his relationship with Selena Gomez. The 21-year-old was interviewed by Ryan Seacrest on his On Air show on Thursday (2nd April) and quizzed about his upcoming album and current relationship status.

Justin Bieber discussed the inspiration for his music in a recent interview.

Hailey Baldwin: Justin Bieber's new best friend or a potential love interest? It's hard to say but they've certainly been spending a lot of time together and, with Selena Gomez seemingly out of the picture for the time being, could there be more to their friendship than Bieber is letting on?

Justin Bieber is rumoured to be dating Hailey Baldwin but she claims they're just "good friends".

Stephen Baldwin was left with empty pockets on Friday (Oct 18th).

The 47 year-old handed over a certified check for $100,000 to the state tax department in order to reduce the amount of unpaid taxes he owes New York.

The payment was exchanged at Rockland County Court and it was the second instalment for taxes he didn't pay in a three year period totalling at $400,000, from 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Stephen Baldwin has joined the ever-growing list of Hollywood celebrities displaying a complete ineptitude when it comes to the management of their finances… specifically the compulsory payment of those pesky taxes. It looks as though Stephen Baldwin – arguably the second most famous of all the Baldwins – will be narrowly avoiding a stint in jail, thanks in no small part to his lawyer.

Baldwin owes a staggering $350,000 in back taxes, dating from 2008, 2009 and 2010. The Usual Suspects actor either needs a new accountant or a new calculator – we’re not sure which, at this juncture. The State of New York have thankfully agreed to give Baldwin five years to pay back the money and as long as he does that and makes his payments on time, it looks as though he should be able to avoid serving time behind bars. His lawyer, Russell Yankwitt, told TMZ “Mr. Baldwin is very appreciative he will not be incarcerated. He will pay back what he owes, and is looking forward to putting all of this behind him."

Yesterday it was unveiled that actor Stephen Baldwin owes $350,000 in unpaid income taxes and penalties from 2008-2010 and was arrested for the debt. Today his brother, fellow actor Alec Baldwin has spoken in his defence.

"I don't think he's going to go to jail, I know that he's in a negotiated settlement... This was all prearranged with the D.A. for him to go in and make an appearance." He said, CNN reported, adding scathing comments about the papparazzi who plague all the Baldwin brothers, "My attitude is that the business would be infinitely better if all of them were gone... If I could press a button tomorrow and flush them all down some swirling sewer vortex I would do it." 

Likewise, the man who's paid to speak in Stephen's defence, his lawyer, said "Mr. Baldwin did not commit any crimes, and he's working with the district attorney's office and the New York State Tax Department to resolve any differences."

Stephen Baldwin, The Usual Suspects star and contestant on 'Celebrity Big Brother 2010', has been very vocal about his evangelical Christian views, however his arrest for failure to pay his taxes, as reported by E!, leads us to question just how well he follows the word of the Lord. Of course, there's nowhere in the Bible that says 'You really must pay your income tax every year', but in the general moral fibres of the text, it's certainly implied.

If Baldwin had any doubts as to whether his tax would actually do any good, DA Tomas P. Zugibe has the answer: Yes, it would. "The defendant's repetitive failure to file returns and pay taxes over a period of several years contributes to the sweeping cutbacks and closures in local government and in our schools. My Office will continue to investigate and prosecute those who cheat our tax system for their personal gain." He said, "At a time when Rockland County and New York State face severe fiscal shortfalls, we cannot afford to allow wealthy residents to break the law by cheating on their taxes." 

According to the Rockland County District Attorney's Office, NY Baldwin failed to pay his personal income tax from 2008-2010, which is leaving him with a bill of $350,000... although that includes penalties and interest. Although it's a hefty bill, the alternative that he's now facing is a jail term of up to four years. He's due to return to court on February 5th 2013.

The Celebrity Apprentice has revealed its cast for its forthcoming new series. Donald Trump returns to host the show and there are fourteen "celebrities" (the term appears to be getting more and more loosely judging by the names involved) who will be vying for the attention of the business mogul.

Here you go: BRET MICHAELS, Trace Adkins, Lil Jon, Marilu Henner, Lisa Rinna, La Toya Jackson, Gary Busey, Stephen Baldwin, Penn Jillette and Omarosa are among the names included for the forthcoming season. Busey's a personal favourite of ours thanks to his hilariously awful turn in the 1992 classic 'Under Siege'. If this season goes anything like that film, expect Busey to be bursting out of a cake dressed as a woman and wearing lipstick. Will it be enough to win him the competition? Hard to tell.

Stephen Baldwin commented on the show "So far it's been very sweet and peaceful and calm, but that's kind of scary. I think we've got a couple of zingers coming. It should be very exciting." Bret Michaels comeback to the show will hopefully be a smoother one for him. The Poison front man won the 2010 edition of the program, but did so whilst battling serious health problems. "I was really sick, and this time I'm ready to come back, but being a lifelong diabetic, I'm ready," he said. The winner, as usual, gains $250,000 for a charity of their choice. and a badly needed profile boost.
