An unnamed woman accused Stallone in November last year of assaulting her in 1987 and 1990.
Sylvester Stallone will not be facing formal charges regarding the allegations of sexual assault made against him last year.
According to documents from the Los Angeles County District Attorney obtained by Deadline on Tuesday (October 30th), the office has declined to take any action regarding a case of sexual assault against the Rocky and Rambo star. It claims that there’s “insufficient evidence to support a filing in addition to the allegations being outside the statute of limitations”.
The female victim came forward in November 2017, and claimed that she was assaulted by the actor in 1987 and 1990. The DA said that while witnesses were provided, none of them corroborated the allegations.

Stallone's spokesperson dismissed an uncovered police report from 1986 alleging that he forced a 16 year old fan into a threesome, and forced her to keep quiet.
The report alleged that Stallone forced a 16 year old female fan into having a threesome with him and his then-bodyguard, Michael de Luca, in a Las Vegas hotel room in July 1986. It also claimed the actor threatened to “beat her head in” if she told anyone, according to the report.
The case was later dropped and no charges made against Stallone, after the girl decided against pursuing things further.
It was never going to be easy to match the impact of 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy, which jolted the Marvel franchise to life with its fresh comedy and freewheeling adventure. This sequel is still a lot of fun, but it's also far more controlled, a conventional, plot-based step of the Marvel universe. And all of the characters are angry about everything and everyone. Thankfully, there's also an emotionality that sneaks into the final act.
Now working as a team, the bickering Guardians just manage to complete their latest mission when Rocket (Bradley Cooper) makes an enemy of a tenacious high priestess (Elizabeth Debicki). Her fleet chases them into an encounter with Ego (Kurt Russell), a god-like being who claims to be the father of Guardian leader Peter (Chris Pratt). So Peter takes Gamora and Drax (Zoe Saldana and Dave Bautista) to check out Ego's planet, while Rocket and Baby Groot (Vin Diesel) fend off both the priestess and Peter's old mentor Yondu (Michael Rooker), who arrives with a large posse. And then there's Gamora's perpetually furious sister Nebula (Karen Gillan), who's on the rampage, determined to get revenge against everyone who has slighted her.
There's an underlying rage that drives everyone's actions, and the constant screaming matches become exhausting as the film progresses. The worst offender is Rocket, who expresses his perpetual aggravation in a stream of tetchy tirades. Thankfully, the dialogue is sharply written, with wicked insults to keep the audience smirking along. And there's also a nice sense that all of this fury is masking a deeper affection these misfits have for each other, which boils over in some remarkably strong dramatic scenes. Pratt and Russell are both terrific, seizing every chance to play with the comedic and dramatic notes. There are nice moments for Rooker, Saldana and Gillan, plus some witty cameos. And while Baby Groot is almost painfully adorable, it's Bautista's hilariously open-hearted Drax who steals the show.

Alleging "greed" against the studio, Stallone is framing the lawsuit as a crusade against accounting practices of major film studios.
Screen legend Sylvester Stallone is reportedly suing Warner Bros. over profits he claims are owed to him regarding the 1993 science-fiction film Demolition Man, alleging “dishonest” accounting practices against the studio.
Through his loan-out company Rogue Marble, the film veteran filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (April 12th). Stallone claims that the film made at least $125 million at the box office when it was released 24 years ago, and he is therefore entitled to 15% of that figure, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Hulkster says he’s already talked to Sylvester Stallone about playing ‘the most evil man in the world.’
The Expendables team could finally meet their match in the franchise’s fourth instalment, as WWE legend Hulk Hogan has claimed he’s in talks to play the film’s evil villain. Hulk made the announcement during a Q&A session at the Body Pro Expo in Birmingham, England, last week, telling the crowd he’d been discussing a possible role in the fourth movie with the franchise’s star and creator Sylvester Stallone.
Hulk Hogan could be making a return to movies in The Expendables 4
“I was talking on the phone with Sly last night about doing The Expendables 4,” Hogan told the audience. "We’re trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world, so. You know, Stallone gave me my first break and he’s been a great friend for all these years. He's the exact same guy today that he was 30 years ago.”

"Turtles" rule this week, but many are still hooked on "Guardians of the Galaxy"
With the weekend almost over (sigh) it’s time for a box office report. Unsurprisingly for the middle of August, this one features a whole lot of guns, explosions and testosterone galore. Let’s start with Expendables 3, which despite ample promotion and a whole line-up of established Hollywood tough guys, didn’t really impress in terms of ticket sales.
Nope. Just no.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, on the other hand, once again dominated the chart, despite boasting a similarly mindless, but well-muscled script. The franchise starter made around $28.4 million, according to early estimates from Rentrak, via USA Today.
Striking a tone somewhere between the po-faced original and the silly Part 2, this rampaging action nonsense is badly overcrowded and chaotic, but there's plenty of comedy and whizzy stuntwork to keep the audience entertained. It of course helps a lot that the film is packed to the rafters with iconic actors and lively newcomers. And their sassy dialogue helps make up for the idiotic plot.
It opens with a prison break, as Barney (Sylvester Stallone) and his team (Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture and Terry Crews) rescue their old cohort Doc (Wesley Snipes) then head off on a mysterious mission that turns out to involve their presumed-dead nemesis Stonebanks (Mel Gibson), who is targeting Barney's team. So Barney and his pal Bonaparte (Kelsey Grammer) set about finding four new commandoes (Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey, Glen Powell and Victor Ortiz) to take on Stonebanks, but of course nothing goes as plan. For the final face-off they're joined by the old team, CIA boss Drummer (Harrison Ford), former colleagues Trench and Yin (Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jet Li), and chatty newcomer Galgo (Antonio Banderas).
The ever-increasing cast means that some characters can't help but be pushed into the shadows (Crews and Li are barely in this film), while others hover around the edges of scenes injecting moments of sarcastic wit. Each of the characters gets his or her moment of eye-popping action, as the film lurches from set-piece to set-piece in a whirl of bombs, bullets and blades. All of this is fun because the actors are gleefully refusing to take any of this seriously. The scene-stealers this time are Gibson, terrific as the swaggering villain, and Banderas, who's hilarious as the only person who can string a sentence together.
