Fact: Ian Ziering and Tara Reid are returning for a new instalment of Sharknado. Sharknado 5 will take place all over the world and will be filmed in five countries including Australia and England. It will be directed by Anthony C. Ferrante and also feature the return of original cast member Cassie Scerbo. The TV film began production in Bulgaria on Friday (03Feb17).

In the accompanying caption, she simply wrote, "Happy New Year". She has also shared photos of her travels and her unidentified new boyfriend.

The disaster epic, about a violent storm which rains down vicious sharks on Los Angeles, became a phenomenon on social networking websites after it aired on U.S. Tv earlier this month (Jul13). A sequel has already been announced.
