The Netflix original TV series - which tells the story of Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling), a bisexual woman living in New York City who is sentenced to 15 months in a women's federal prison - picked up three awards at the ceremony.
These included a gong for Danielle Brooks for Breakthrough Actress, the We Love To Hate You award for Pablo Schreiber, while the show was also named Bingeworthy TV Show.
Ansel Elgort - who shot to fame with roles in high profile movies 'Divergent' and 'The Fault In Our Stars' - was another big winner.
He took home the Fan Favourite Actor - Male award, along with the Best On-Screen couple award with Shailene Woodley for 'The Fault In Our Stars'.
Other winners at the ceremony - which was held at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles - included 'The Vampire Diaries' trio Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, and Ashley Tisdale, Chloe Grace Moretz and Derek Hough.
The ceremony, which celebrates the accomplishments of the entertainment industry's rising stars, was hosted by Kelly Osbourne.
It will air on the CW on Monday (28.07.14).
