Is Swifty about to lay down some serious cash for a lavish mansion in her boyfriend Calvin Harris' homeland?
Singer Taylor Swift is reportedly thinking of buying a £4.6 million castle in Scotland to be close to her boyfriend Calvin Harris. The ‘Bad Blood’ singer and the Scottish DJ have only been dating for the past few months but it sounds like things could be getting serious quickly.
Taylor Swift is said to be looking at a £4.6m castle in Scotland.
According to The Telegraph the singer is expected to soon seal the deal for the eight bedroom property which is located in the Scottish county of Perthshire. The luxury property comes complete with two tennis courts, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a private golf course.
It also features two gate lodges and two cottages in the grounds, so there’s plenty of room for the whole Swift Squad to stay over. The castle will also give the singer some much needed privacy as it’s seven miles from the nearest station.
According to OK! magazine the 25-year-old fell in love with the property “the minute she saw it” and it’s not hard to understand why. The picturesque castle boasts Disney fairly style turrets and is situated on 39 acres of land.
The property is also believed to be near to the home of Calvin’s parents. Estate agent Savills has described the castle, known as the Tower of Lethendy, as the “ultimate Scottish residence”. But the agency has so far refused to confirm or deny reports that Swift has shown an interest in becoming its new owner.
