Taylor Swift keeps ''mementos'' from her previous relationships.

The 'Blank Space' hitmaker reportedly keeps an item belonging to each of her ex-boyfriends to remember the relationship and help inspire her musically.

A source close to the singer told HollywoodLife.com: ''Taylor collects and keeps mementos from all of her relationships. She has a bracelet and a scarf from Jake Gyllenhaal, guitar picks of John Mayer's, a comfy T-shirt of Taylor Lautner's, a tie of Conor Kennedy's, and of course Harry [Styles'] necklace. It's like she has a trophy case of her past loves.

''She uses the mementos to help her remember her relationships and write emotional lyrics.''

The 25-year-old singer recently released the video for her latest single, 'Style', where she can briefly be seen holding the airplane necklace that was believed to have been given to her by the One Direction singer when they dated.

Describing the inspiration behind the song, she previously said: ''It's basically one of those relationships that's always a bit off...

''The two people are trying to forget each other and they've both been out with other people and they've both tried to forget the other. So, it's like, 'All right, I heard you went off with her,' and well, I've done that, too, so that's what that line means.''
