Swift's feud Kanye and Kim seems to have spiralled completely out of control.
Taylor Swift’s Wikipedia page has been vandalised by trolls in the wake of her public feud with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian over ‘Famous’.
In the birth name section on the right hand side of the page, the 26 year old star’s name was changed to “Taylor ‘Slithering Snake Becky With the Good Lies’ Alison Swift” – a nod to Beyonce’s album Lemonade and the ‘Becky With the Good Hair’ controversy from earlier this year.
Her nicknames were changed to “Regina George” (a Mean Girls reference) and “victim”, and “liar” added a list of occupations.
Taylor Swift's Wikipedia page was vandalised by trolls
Swift had received something of a negative backlash from a previously very positive media profile last month when she started dating Tom Hiddleston so soon after breaking up with Calvin Harris, but that has been nothing compared to the scrutiny she’s been under during the last week as her feud with Kanye and Kim runs on.
The opening of her biography section was altered to read: “Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter fraud that got dragged to the grave by successful businesswoman Kim Kardashian.”

Wikipedia editors were quickly alerted to the vandalism, and they responded by placing a temporary ‘lock’ on Swift’s page and restored it to its original appearance.
“This level of protection is useful when there is a significant amount of disruption or vandalism from new or unregistered users… especially when it occurs on biographies of living persons who have had a recent high level of media interest.”
In the past week, many have been declaring Swift to have come out worst in her ongoing feud with Kanye and Kim (which, for the record, she has consistently maintained she doesn’t even want to be part of) after the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star shared a series of Snapchats in which the rapper’s phone call with Swift was recorded.
On it, Swift seemingly agrees to Kanye’s use of the lyric fragment ‘Famous’ which goes “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex.” However, Swift claimed the rapper never mentioned that he was planning to call her “that bitch” and would never have agreed to it.
“It doesn’t exist because it never happened,” Swift hit back on Instagram soon afterwards. “You don’t get to control someone’s emotional response to being called ‘that bitch’ in front of the entire world.”
