Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift finally unveiled the official video for their 'Fifty Shades Darker' song 'I Don't Wanna Live Forever' yesterday (January 26th 2017). It was shot at London's St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel and has the perfect amount of romantic tension for the corresponding movie.

Directed by Grant Singer, the video sees the pop superstars enjoying the luxuries of celebrity - hotels, champagne, paparazzi - but knowing it's not enough when they are apart. It's classy and it's sexy, an elegant veil over the otherwise hair-raisingly erotic content of the film itself.

Zayn and Taylor unveiled their collaborative new song in December last year. Co-written by Sam Dew and the Grammy Award winning Jack Antonoff (the latter of whom also produced the track), it peaked at number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100.

'Fifty Shades Darker' is the eagerly anticipated follow-up to 2015's box office hit 'Fifty Shades of Grey'. Based on the erotica trilogy of the same name by E.L. James, the story follows the sadomasochistic relationship between a young, naive budding journalist named Anastasia Steele and a mysterious, wealthy entrepreneur named Christian Grey. The first book was released in 2011 after the popularity of James' online 'Twilight' fan-fiction version of the story, and it sold more than 125 million copies around the world by 2015.

Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan return in their roles as Anastasia and Christian, while James Foley ('At Close Range', 'House Of Cards') has taken over as director and Niall Leonard ('Wire in the Blood', 'Monarch of the Glen') has written the screenplay.

'I Don't Wanna Live Forever' marks Taylor Swift's first original song since she released her '1989' album in 2015, though she did write a couple of songs for other artists: Little Big Town's 'Better Man' and Calvin Harris' 'This Is What You Came For'.

The 'Fifty Shades Darker Original Motion Picture Soundtrack' will be available on February 10th 2017, with the film being released in cinemas on the same day.
