Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe may be forced to leave The Real Housewives of New Jersey following their recent appearance in court. The couple are facing 39 charges including: bank fraud, tax evasion and mail and wire fraud. The charges, dating from 2001-2008, could see the Giudices imprisoned or paying heavy fines.

According to sources, speaking to The New York Daily News, Teresa Giudice has recently pitched a spin-off series to Bravo, the producers of The Real Housewives. Unfortunately for Teresa, it seems the production company is no longer interested following these indictments. The source said "Bravo only spin-off happy situations- marriages, baby news. Not prison".

Neither Teresa nor Joe has commented on the charges. According to some sources she is in deniable about the charges and the consequences of her actions. One source said "Teresa thinks people are coming after her because she is famous. She honestly thinks she's done nothing wrong."

However, according to The New York Daily News, it seems producers are having serious thoughts about the future of the Giudices on The Real Housewives
