Fact: the bachelor star Nick Viall finally got his happy ending after four attempts at finding love on the U.S. reality TV franchise. Nick popped the question to Canadian teacher Vanessa Grimaldi with a $100,000 (£82,000) ring on Monday night's (13Mar17) finale. Runner-up Raven Gates is heading to spin-off Bachelor in Paradise this summer (17).

Fact: The bosses of U.S. dating franchise the bachelor have recorded another perfect match after Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert exchanged vows in California on Sunday (24Jan16). The couple met while shooting the second season of reality show Bachelor in Paradise. They were wed by Chris Harrison, the host of The Bachelor, at the St. Regis Resort Monarch Beach in Dana Point. The wedding was recorded and footage will air on Valentine's Day (14Feb16).
