The Chainsmokers have dropped their first single of the year this month and with it comes a visual spectacle of a video with some impressive effects. The song is the first from their upcoming second album project which is yet to be announced.
The video has been directed by Brewer and features the band performing the song alongside session drummer Matt McGuire on an empty stage while x-ray lights pass over them exposing their insides in brief flashes.
The electronic duo dropped their debut studio album 'Memories...Do Not Open' last year, topping the US charts and reaching number three in the UK. Featuring the singles 'Paris' and Coldplay collaboration 'Something Just Like This', the album was co-produced by the likes of DJ Swivel and Captain Cuts.
Meanwhile, 'Sick Boy' is a brand new offering, co-written by Tony Ann and Emily Warren and produced by Shaun Frank.
The Chainsmokers are currently on tour in North America, though they have a handful of European dates coming up as well as performanced in China, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.
