The British band was due to play two intimate shows at small venues in London and Manchester, England last week (ends11Sep15) before heading out on an arena tour next year (16), but they cancelled both gigs, stating co-frontman Pete Doherty had suffered a panic attack.

Fans were reassured by a promise that the concerts would be rescheduled for a later date, but on Friday (18Sep15) the band rescinded the vow and announced the gigs will not go ahead.

Ticket-holders were informed they can obtain a refund or swap the tickets for a pass to one of the upcoming arena shows in the U.K.
