The Maccabees' new single, Feel to Follow, will be released on March 12th, 2012, through Fiction Records. It follows on from their previous single, Pelican, which was a huge success. Feel to Follow is the second single from their third studio album, Given to the Wild, which was released on January 9th, 2012. The Maccabees have announced they will be playing Alexandra Palace on June 8th, 2012.
The video for Feel to Follow is shot in a documentary style; we see seemingly random people lifted off the ground, where they rise into the sky and hover.
Orlando Weeks (vocals); Hugo White (guitar); Felix White (guitar, vocals); Rupert Jarvis (bass) and Sam Doyle (drums). Formed in 2004, their debut single, X-Ray, was released in 2005 but received little airplay. However, their second single, Latchmere, proved to be a success, with support from DJ Steve Lamacq and airtime on MTV2.
