Former The Real World star David Edward 'PUCK' RAINEY has pleaded no contest to a charge of domestic violence stemming from his arrest in June (11).
The MTV reality TV star was detained by cops in Mission Hills, California and faced a number of charges including child endangerment and corporal injury on a spouse. The case went to court on Tuesday (25Oct11) and those charges were dismissed, with Rainey instead pleading no contest to domestic battery and contributing to delinquency of a minor, according to Tmz.com.
The website reports Rainey was sentenced to four years probation, 30 days community service and ordered to attend a 52-week domestic violence counselling program and 52 parenting classes.
