Veteran entertainer Tina Turner is engaged, according to a new report.

The Proud Mary hitmaker is set to marry her long-time partner, music producer Erwin Bach, in a ceremony at Lake Zurich, with chefs Rico Zandonella and Horst Petermann from Turner's favourite restaurant, Rico's Kunststuben, tapped to cater the reception, according to Swiss publication Blick.

A date has not been revealed, and Turner has yet to comment on the claims - but a representative for the 73 year old failed to confirm or deny the report, offering a simple "no comment" when approached by Wenn for a statement.

If the reports are true, this will be the singer's second marriage - she wed soul star Ike Turner in 1962, but their tumultuous relationship ended in divorce 16 years later.

She met Bach in 1985 while the producer was working at record label Emi and they have been living together in Zurich, Switzerland for over 15 years.

Turner renounced her U.S. citizenship in January (13).
