Tiny Dancer - Who Am I

Sheffield singer songwriter Tiny Dancer is here with her captivating video for her unique new single 'Who Am I?' taken from her upcoming EP of the same name set for release on May 6th 2013 through Croydon Boy records.

It's a rather bizarre but nonetheless engaging video featuring the curvy, red-haired beauty prancing around what looks like a partially empty warehouse in an orange, tasselled leotard. Her general dance and vocal style is especially enchanting and the song itself is a unique blend of West Indian-esque percussion and vibrant pop. It's an upbeat, dynamic and catchy number that is sure to bring her numerous new followers.

Tiny Dancer was dubbed thus as a child when she would dance around the house on her tiptoes; it refers to the hit Elton John platinum single released in 1972. But her effervescent attitude and distinctive style hasn't always been favoured by her peers as she reveals that she was bullied for a time in school. 'To be blunt, some girls wanted to beat me up. Was it the fact I had a unicorn on my bag? I don't know', she revealed. She has been recording since was 14, however, and is now working with a prolific producer of female starlets, Wayne Wilkins.
