'The Da Vinci Code' star Tom Hanks goes out shopping in Soho, New York with his daughter and one of his sons. He wears a black baseball cap, a black shirt and green shorts.The actor, 56, is known for being particularly versatile in terms of his film roles. He played a simple, intellectually challenged man from Alabama in 'Forrest Gump', to voicing a cowboy toy in 'Toy Story', to playing a Harvard scholar in 'The Da Vinci Code'.
His most recently completed project renders him almost unrecognisable as he transforms into a variety of characters in 'Cloud Atlas'; one of which is thuggish looking character with a heavy build and shaved head.
