Lisa Robin Kelly, best known for playing Eric Foreman's sister on the long-running sitcom That 70's Show, has been arrested for assault. Police in Charlotte, North Carolina, responded to a call in the suburb of Mooresville on Monday (November 26, 2012) and arrested Kelly, 42, and husband Robert Joseph Gilliam, 61, at the scene.

According to Fox News, both were held briefly before being freed on bond. Gilliam is charged with misdemeanour assault on a female, while Kelly is charged with misdemeanour assault. They were held at the Iredell County Detention Center and released on $500 bond apiece with a court date set for January 25, 2012. It's not clear whether either has an attorney. It's the latest sad turn in Robin Kelly's life, with the actress previously arrested on March 31, 2012, on a felony charge of corporal injury upon a spouse. On that occasion, she was released on $50,000 bail before the charges were eventually dropped." The actress has rarely worked since That 70's Show ended in 2006, though recently tweeted about a forthcoming project, "Despite her personal problems, Kelly has I want to thank GREG LYON and Half Moon Films for allowing me to star in and co-produce SUX2 BME!! We are currently in production," she said.

Kelly has also appeared on the TV shows 'Murphy Brown' and 'Married. With Children.'
