TRAIL OF DEAD RELEASE NEW ALBUM ‘WORLDS APART’ JANUARY 31st
December saw …And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead's triumphant return to the UK live circuit with sold out shows in London and Glasgow and a storming appearance at the All Tomorrow's Parties "Nightmare Before Christmas" Festival in Camber Sands. Trail will release their highly-anticipated fourth album ‘Worlds Apart’ on Polydor / Interscope on 31st January 2005.
Following the departure of bassist Neil Busch (who played on the record), Conrad Keely (guitar/vocals/drums/viola), Jason Reece (guitar/vocals/drums/keyboards) and Kevin Allen (guitar) are joined by new bass played Danny Wood, and second drummer Doni Schroader. The album was recorded in the band’s own studio in Austin, Texas in the spring of this year with long time producer Mike McCarthy. Classical violinist Hilary Hahn guests on ‘Russia My Homeland’.
