Review of The Day After Album by Twista

Twista came onto the scene with the same pace, power and force as where his name come from. The opening cut "The Day After" features a stunning power vocalled display from Syleena Johnson". "Check That Hoe" and "Give It How You Live" fire this album up with a harder edge. "Chocolate Fes & Redbones" features Johnny P is in the mode of "Slow Jam". "Lavish" features Pharrell and shows a more eclectic feel. The breathtaking "Girl Tonite" features Twista's label mate Trey Songz to good effect. "When I Get You Home features Jamie Foxx and Pharrell and shows Pharrell's quality not eclectic side to the max. Darkchild really turns up the heat on the shit hot, smouldering smooth hip-hop joint Mariah Carey featured "So Lonely", a future monster hit single. Another track that should be a single is the Snoop Dogg featured "Had To Call". Twista is an acquired taste but if you like him you are gonna love this.
