Irish rockers Two Door Cinema Club have already caused stir among music fans across the world with the successful live shows and platinum certified debut album 'Tourist History', but now they are set to really make their mark with their second record 'Beacon' to be released this September (2012).

The album follows a dazzling headline slot at the NME Awards Tour. It was recorded in LA by renowned producer Jacknife Lee who has produced music for Bloc Party, U2 and REM. 'Beacon is a much more intimate record than our first, but at the same time, it's much bigger and more inclusive,' says frontman Alex Trimble. 'Working with Jacknife Lee was a joy and a pleasure. This is an exciting time for us and we can't wait to share the songs with everyone.'

After 'Tourist History' sold over 1 million copies worldwide, becoming one the biggest breakthrough groups in the past two years and winning a Choice Music and MTV Newcomer Award, the pressure certainly is on. They have already had heaps of sell-out shows across the word including Europe, the US, Asia, South America, South Africa and, of course, the UK namely with their Brixton show selling out in less than two hours and becoming one of the fastest selling shows for the venue in the last few years.
