James Corden has taken on Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt in a epic rap battle for the ‘Late Late Show’s’ ‘Drop the Mic' segment.

The Jamaican athlete ran circles around the talk show host on the mic and was declared the victor after unleashing a number of zingers on Corden.

Corden started off strong by asking Bolt, “you ready?”and declaring “you’re on my track now.”

He then told the nine time Olympic gold medalist: “athletes aren't great at math, so I hope this helps, You have 14 gold medals less than Michael Phelps.”

Next he asked him what it was like, “to have a career that people only care about once every four years.”

But Bolt hit back hard and told the host: “I run my race in 10 seconds, you last that long in bed”.

He then said his neck was starting to hurt, before unzipping his top to reveal his gold medals and then removing them to hang around the host’s neck.

After Corden made a number of references to Cool Runnings, the 1993 comedy about the Jamaica national bobsleigh team, Bolt retorted: “So you saw Cool Runnings on your couch one night.

“While I was in the gym making that move my life. I'm the fastest human being in the history of racing. You're the host of lowest show in the history of ratings.”

But the winning blow came when Bolt unleashed the line: “I have nine gold medals last time that I checked, that’s one for every time that you’ve had sex.”

Bolt was appearing on the chat show to promote his documentary I Am Bolt, which hits UK and US cinemas later this month.
