Victoria Beckham has given a big boost to charity today, with the announcement that she’s giving away a number of her daughter Harper’s outfits to Save the Children U.K.

The pop star-turned-fashion guru has donated 25 pieces of designer children’s clothes, all worn by her 3 year old daughter Harper, to the charity’s Fashion Saves Lives Sale. The outfits will go under the hammer at a charity auction at the Mary’s Living & Giving shop, a small boutique in the well-heeled London neighbourhood of Primrose Hill, on June 18th.

Beckham herself put together the individual outfits – which consist of designer labels such as Chloe, Roksanda Ilincic, Ralph Lauren, Stella McCartney, Gucci, Marc Jacobs and Charlotte Olympia – which will start at £250 per dress and shoes combo, and £500 for a complete outfit.

In a statement, the 41 year old former Spice Girl said “I am delighted to be supporting the wonderful work of Save the Children through the Fashion Saves Lives Sale. As a mother, I passionately believe that all children, wherever they live, have the right to a happy, healthy life. Everyone out there can do their part by purchasing or donating, ensuring children all around the world have the opportunity of a brighter future.”

All of the proceeds from the sale will go towards Save the Children’s work, which is aimed at eradicating childhood deaths from preventable causes by 2030.

Last August, Victoria raised money for another charity, mothers2mothers, by donating more than 600 items from her own wardrobe. In September, she was named as a UN goodwill ambassador for the UNAIDS campaign, and has long been involved with her friend Sir Elton John’s own AIDS awareness foundation.
