Yesterday, on what would have been Whitney Houston 's 49th birthday, her daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, decided to mark the occasion with a very permanent tribute. She posted a photograph on Twitter, apparently showing herself and Nick Gordon (who Huffington Post described as her boyfriend) with matching tattoos on their wrists. She accompanied the photo with a message, which read "Tat tat tatted. Now you're truly Always with us mommy. We love you always and forever."
Bobbi Kristina's Twitter account is protected, meaning that she needs to authorize you to see her posts, if you seek access to them. The picture that she posted shows the initials 'WH' surrounded by doves - the design is identical on both Bobbi and Nick's wrists. She'd pre-empted the inking by announcing "On the way with my booboo nickdgordon. Heading 2 Inksomnia for our Tatts! This is for you mommy. We love you, happy birthday Ourlady." Media reports suggest that Bobbi filmed the inking of the wrists for a segment on her forthcoming reality TV show. In a recent tweet, she referred to the show as 'the Houston Chronicles.'
It seems that Bobbi Kristina is pretty determined to forge her own career in show-business, in the wake of her mother's death; she recently made her acting debut in Tyler Perry's Tbs series entitled 'Better or Worse' and Perry seems confident that she can make it. "She's such an actor. I'm so proud of her. I'm telling you, as far as she wants to go in the business, she can," Perry told The Hollywood Reporter.
