Phil Robertson upset millions when his homophobic and racist interview with GQ surfaced last week but it seems that the 67 year-old Duck Dynasty personality has managed to cause offence yet again with some incendiary comments he made during a 2009 Georgia Sportsmen's Ministry event.

The video, which surfaced on YouTube shows the bearded duck hunter giving a speech and imparting some of his own "river rat counselling" upon the audience. When advising on what to look for in a woman, Robertson encourages seeking out underage girls. "Make sure that she can cook a meal. You need to eat some meals that she cooks. Check that out," he said. "Make sure she carries her Bible. That'll save you a lot of trouble down the road. And if she picks your ducks, now that's a woman!"

The reality TV star married his own wife, Kay Robertson, when she was just 15 and apparently publically advocates marriage with such young girls. "Look, you wait 'til they get to be 20 years old, the only picking that's going to take place is your pocket," Robertson advised. "You got to marry these girls when they are about 15 or 16. They'll pick your ducks. You need to check with mom and dad about that, of course."

The controversial figure will be returning to hit show Duck Dynasty following his suspension earlier this month over unsavoury remarks he made about homosexuality. Network A&E said that filming of the show would resume in the spring with the re-introduction of Robertson alongside his large family.

When asked by GQ Magazine to describe what he considered a sin, Robertson replied: "Start with homosexual behaviour and just morph out from there." Though he refused to back down and even garnered support from several high-profile political figures, A&E temporarily suspended him from the show.
