Jennifer LawrenceJennifer LawrenceShe might already be playing blue babe Mystique in Marvel flick 'X-Men: Days of Future Past', but it would be awesome if DC could borrow this Oscar winner for the strongest female character ever. She knows the drill with comic films now so it's not like she'd struggle getting into the vibe, and she plays an amazingly strong heroine in 'The Hunger Games' series so if that doesn't prove she's got what it takes for the role then I don't know what does. She's not too skinny either (as everyone, indeed, keeps reminding her but we love her figure) so she can definitely hold the muscle it takes to become Wonder Woman.

Rachel McAdamsRachel McAdamsRachel McAdams is a natural beauty with a girlish charisma - exactly what made Lynda Carter so popular in the superhero role. We know she can be mean too, as she's not the sort of girl you want to mess with in 'Mean Girls' and 'Passion'; movies which see her characters use their manipulative powers to get what they want. She also played a femme fatale kind of character in 2009's 'Sherlock Holmes'. We know it's not exactly what Wonder Woman is all about but McAdams certainly knows how to make a female character seem formidable.

Juno TempleJuno TempleAnother English actress we think could fill the role well. She's a hit in Hollywood at the moment and has a diversity about her in terms of acting that means she could pull off almost any role. I mean, she would probably have to darken her hair but she's another actress with comic book connections having appeared as the street smart accomplice of Selina Kyle in 'The Dark Knight Rises'.

Rachel BilsonRachel BilsonRemember when Rachel Bilson set the internet ablaze with her Wonder Woman costume in that episode of 'The O.C.'? Well, we, like the rest of the world, thought she looked incredible and we can't blame the press for suggesting that she would portray the character in a movie adaptation. She has the right beauty queen look about her after all and that costume would still look incredible ten years on.
