Yoko Ono has placed the New York home she attempted to sell earlier this year (13) back on the market with a reduced asking price.

John Lennon's widow, 80, reportedly bought the apartment for her son Sean two decades ago, but put it up for sale at the beginning of the year (13) for almost $9 million (£6 million).

The property was taken off the market this summer (13) amid reports suggesting Ono had fallen out with members of the apartment building's board who, she claimed, had attempted to block the sale.

The place is now available for purchase again at the reduced price of $6.5 million (£4.3 million), according to RealEstalker.com.
